Happening This Summer!
8:00-10:00am – For boys/girls completed K4 & K5 ($40)
10:30am-1:30pm – For boys/girls completed 1st-3rd grades ($50)
Campers will receive a shirt, water bottle, basketball, and daily snack!
Mondays • 6:00pm
Thursdays • 6:35pm
Gym • $25 per mo.
The fastest, most effective way to change your body. All classes meet in the Gym. (Also, morning classes will be offered this fall in addition to evening classes listed above.)
5:45pm • Gym • $25 per mo.
Meeting in the Gym, come dance to the beat and get fit! This is a moderate intensity workout sure to get you ready for a better you!
A challenging, group-focused athletic training, cardio conditioning, and total-body strength drills, designed for people of all levels. The moves are easy to follow—but the workout WILL challenge you, change you, and get you in the best shape of your life.

Designed with the busy mom in mind, drop your kids off at school then meet us in the gym for an hour of high energy exercise fun to your favorite songs.
9:00am • In the Gym
Exercise catered to your individual needs by an expert instructor! For men and women, 55 and up.
8:00am • Back lot/Gym
An exercise class for moms and babes (age 4 weeks – 4 years). You will get a full body workout with your little one “in tow”. If not outside, it takes place in the gym.

Beach Volleyball – We’re 250 miles from the beach…so what? The beach has come to Trussville with our new beach volleyball court on Magnolia Mall. Now open to the public!
Men’s Summer Basketball – An 8-week league on Friday nights, beginning May 5. We’re sorry, registration has closed for this league.
