Going On This Summer!
The most fun you’ll ever spend exercising! Dance away those pounds in a high energy setting! For ladies only. $3 per class, or 4 classes for $10 (you can pay at the class).

A cross between tennis and ping-pong, played with a whiffle ball and paddle on a badminton-sized court and a low net, this is a game anyone can play! And it’s free!

Take to the diamond with your First Family for a little softball. We offer teams that play in spring, summer, and fall leagues in the Trussville and surrounding areas. Don’t have a team? Don’t worry! We can match you with one. ($25 per player).
Returning This Fall!

Designed with the busy mom in mind, drop your kids off at school then meet us in the gym for an hour of high energy exercise fun to your favorite songs. $3 per class/4 classes for $10

For girls and boys, grades K5-4th grade, Upward Basketball teaches the fundamentals of the game, as well as sportsmanship, teamwork, and handling one’s self in a Christlike manner. Sign-up will begin in September, with evaluations and practices happening in October/November. Games begin in January. There’s also cheerleading!

America’s favorite tailgating activity, corn hole matches hand/eye coordination with, well, maybe a little luck! Grab a bean bag and try your skill at hitting a small hole 27-feet away!

Beach Volleyball – We’re 250 miles from the beach…so what? The beach has come to Trussville with our new beach volleyball court on Magnolia Mall. Now open to the public!
Basketball – Open recreation days provide for chances to hit the hardwood and play some roundball this summer.
