Camp of Champions
June 8-10, 2018
The Alabama Baptist Children’s Home’s annual Camp of Champions is an event unique giving children families in their care a fun summer experience! At Camp, children are given the opportunity to “just be kids”! Many come from hard places and Camp creates a positive experience that they enjoy in the moment, and fun memories that they won’t soon forget. In addition, house and foster parents share time with one another, to identify with other parents who share many of the same joys and struggles. To learn more about camp, please visit the Alabama Baptist Children’s Home website.
Our church is blessed to be part of this special week for these kids, handing out snacks and taking part in other easy but meaningful ministry opportunities. If you would like to help with this year’s camp, contact the Mission’s Office.
