Fred is an avid music educator and accompanist in the Birmingham community. He studied piano with the world-class Dr. Yakov Kasman at UAB, completing his B.A. in Music in 2020 magma cum laude. He has regularly performed solo in public and private settings across the Birmingham metro area. As an accompanist he has played with the Hayes K-8 School choir, UAB Concert Choir and UAB Wind Symphony on numerous occasions all over the state. He has taught piano privately for 13 years, serving students of all levels. Other than music, his passion finds expression in playing soccer and silent contemplation in nature.
