Sara grew up in Trussville and graduated from Hewitt-Trussville High School in 2017. She attended the University of Alabama, where she earned a degree in Elementary and Special Education in 2021. She taught in Trussville City Schools, where she had the opportunity to invest in the same community that invested so much in her growing up. Sara has always had a heart for student ministry, and serving in this role is truly an answered prayer and a dream come true.

Sara is married to Jared, and they have one little boy, Lucas. She is fully embracing her boy mom era and loving every minute of it! As a family, they enjoy spending time with loved ones, traveling, and are always down for a fun game night with friends!
