December at FBCT

This season is filled with opportunities to worship, celebrate, and connect as we prepare our hearts for Christmas. Below, you’ll find everything happening this month, including special events, Sunday services, midweek gatherings, office hours, and our Advent devotional download. We hope you’ll join us throughout December as we worship together, serve together, and celebrate the joy of Christ’s birth.

Advent DevotionalsAdvent Book

Advent is the season of waiting and preparation leading up to Christmas, the celebration of Jesus’ birth. It spans the four Sundays before Christmas Day and calls us to prepare our hearts by reflecting on the meaning of Christ’s coming. Jesus came to give us hope, peace, joy, and love. These four gifts are often symbolized during Advent with the lighting of candles, one each week, as we move closer to Christmas Day.

Our prayer is that these devotions in this book help you create space to thank Jesus for coming to earth and to experience His hope, peace, joy, and love in your life throughout this sacred season.
