Classes take place weekly in the First Baptist Trussville Gym, we provide a diverse group of exercise classes for all ages and levels of fitness!
Exercise Class Descriptions:
HIIT/Barre Combo Class – Tuesday & Thursday
- 8:05am HIIT – 20 minutes high intensity workout with modifications
- 8:25am Barre – 30 minutes of low impact toning and flexibility
Step/Core & Strength Training
- 8:15am – Wednesday & Friday
- 4:45pm – Monday
A fun, challenging full body workout combining cardio and strength training. Targets core, arms, legs, glutes & back.
Prime Time Fitness 55+ – Tuesday & Thursday
9:15am – Class offering a variety of exercises to increase muscular strength, core strength, balance, and flexibility. A class just for those ages 55 and up!
Kickboxing/Core Strength – Tuesday
4:30pm – Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
