“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be My witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”  Acts 1:8

The FBCT Missions Ministry exists to be His witnesses in our Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and to the ends of the earth!  With multiple opportunities offered throughout the year for you to become involved in missions at the local, national and international levels, it’s our purpose to help the people of God “Do His Work,” together.

October Missions:

1. Regional Missions – Christmas Backpacks

For Children and Teens of the Mississippi Delta

Share a gift of love and the Gospel with a child in need in Alabama this Christmas!

Fill a backpack for a student, ages 2-17 this Christmas, dropping it off at the Mission Wall by October 30.

Backpacks should be filled with toys, art supplies, hygiene items, and other gifts, along with a copy of the Christmas Story.

Visit alabamaWMU.org/christmasbackpacks for more on this effort or see this Sunday’s worship guide.

2. International Missions – Operation Christmas Child

There are two ways to participate!

1. Stop by the Mission Wall and pick up a shoe box to be filled with small toys and hygiene items, OR…

2. Build a box online! For only $25, you can build your box virtually and and safely from your home! Visit fbctrussville.org/event and find the link under Operation Christmas Child.

Completed shoeboxes are needed by November 15th. Thank you!
