Brian joined the First Baptist staff in 2015 heading our I.T. department. A graduate of UAB with a B.S. and a master's degree in Management Information Systems, Brian also considers IT a hobby and is always looking for something new to learn.

In 2003 Brian married Amy Lachina, our WEE Center Director. The two have three boys, a springer spaniel named Timber, and a Yorkie named Bear.

Together, with three sons, the Lachinas spend a lot of time watching sports, and enjoy college football in the fall (Brian, Alabama; Amy, Auburn). Brian is also a runner, enjoys working in the yard, and loves to listen to John MacArthur.
