Chad is another product of Hewitt-Trussville and First Baptist Trussville, professing His faith in Christ, being baptized, becoming licensed to preach here at FBCT...even getting married in the old sanctuary, what is now “Building D” on our campus.

He attended Samford University, finishing his education at the University of Alabama in Communications and Psychology. After a stint in the business world, Chad joined the FBCT staff in 2005. He's married to a kindergarten teacher (Monique), and together they have two daughters, two cats, and a dog.

Chad enjoys watching the Tide roll, spending time with family and friends, running and biking, and creating art through woodworking. He also serves as "The Voice of the Huskies," doing stadium and arena PA for Hewitt-Trussville varsity athletics.
