Come spend a morning with us enjoying Gods creation in the tail end of the rolling foothills of the Appalachian Mountain range. Runners, Ruckers, and Hikers are all welcome!

The course is a single 5-mile loop, of technical single track trail. The start and finish will be in the parking lot between the football and baseball fields, 90-95% of the route is on the trails. There are multiple switch backs, elevation, and scenery changes throughout the course. There will be two aid stations at two of the road crossings after and before you get to a more technical portion of the loop.Trail shoes or hiking boots are highly recommended (depending on your pace group) because there are roots and rocks aplenty on certain portions!!

There is a cap off of 100 competitors this year!! So don't delay in getting signed up!

We will have light post race snacks, but the Trussville Parks and Rec Football concession stand will be open, so please make sure to bring some cash if you want to chow down after the race!
