Adult/Teen Art Class - Watercolors
Mondays • 6:00pm - 8:00pm

The Monday Art Class is taught by Lanette Yates. It will be held in Room 311 on the 3rd floor. There will be 3 six-week mini-sessions. You will learn basic color theory, mixing colors, composition, & watercolor techniques. Come to one or all three! Ages 12 - Adult.

• Price: Tuition - $200 per 6 week session. Supply fee - $15 per 6 week session

• Session II - February 16 - March 30 (No class March 23)

Adult/Teen Art Class - Oil Painting
Tuesdays • 6:00pm - 7:30pm

The Tuesday Art Class is taught by William Hallmark. It is held in the Art room in the Music Suite located on the basement level. We will do oil and acrylic painting. It his held all 16 weeks of the semester but tuition can be prorated according to when you register. New students are welcomed and highly encouraged! Ages 14 years - Adult.

Beginner - Advanced Private Drum Lessons are taught by Alec Jones. Lessons are currently offered on Mondays in Room 313 on the 3rd floor.

For first-time students, a suggested beginning age for drum lessons is 6-7 years old.

Acoustic and Electric Guitar Lessons are taught by Ray Shackelford and William Yarbrough. Lessons are currently offered on Mondays and Thursdays in Room 306 on the 3rd floor.

For first-time students, a suggested beginning age for guitar lessons is 8-9 years old.

Does your 4K or 5K child love music? Would you like him/her to have fun, engaging musical experiences, while introducing your early learner to music fundamentals and beginner piano basics? Welcome to “Lil’ Piano Pals” Preschool Piano, a fantastic first musical adventure for your young child!

Classes are 30 minutes each and size is limited to up to 4 children. The instructor will let you know how to purchase the materials needed. Home practice can be done on a piano or keyboard. The instructor for the classes will be Mrs. Barbara Joseph, former state certified music teacher.

Group lessons are $368 for the 16 week Fall session and the 16-week Spring session.

Beginner, intermediate, and advanced piano lessons are taught by our piano instructors Jill Cagle, Luda Hoskin, Barbara Joseph, Rhonda Kaletski, Elena Osadchaya-Endo, Carrie Dunn, Pat Roberts and Keats Rivas. These lessons are for ages 5 and up, and are held on the 3rd floor of Building C.

Beginner, intermediate, and advanced violin lessons are taught by Rebecca Hou, Liuwenji Wang, and Karalyn Harper. Strings Ensemble will hopefully be offered this year! Cello lessons are taught by Christine Traywick and Keats Rivas.

Violin and cello lessons are currently offered Monday - Thursday from 2:00 – 6:00 PM. Space is limited. The suggested starting age for these lessons is 5 years old - Adult. Violin lessons are held on the 3rd floor of Building C, in Room 305. Cello lessons are held in Room 312 and Strings Ensemble TBA.

Beginner, intermediate, and advanced Private and group voice lessons are taught by Barbara Joseph, Christine Traywick, and Abby Cunningham. Private lessons are recommended for about ages 10 and up. To maximize the effectiveness in vocal development and ear training of young singers, Group Lessons are preferred for students ages 6-11. If you would like your younger child evaluated for private lessons, email the voice teacher. All voice lessons are held on the 3rd floor of Building C.

Check our registration site for Voice Groups and age ranges for that group. Students learn to sing on pitch, use proper breathing technique and posture, learn simple ear training, do vocal exercises to improve diction and increase range and of course, learn fun songs to perform! To register for a group lesson, click the teacher’s name and then scroll down to Voice Group request. You will be contacted about a day and time.

Beginner and intermediate lessons in woodwinds (clarinet, flute, oboe, saxophone, bassoon) are taught by Shannon Monroe. Woodwind lessons are currently offered Thursdays 2:30 - 5:30 in Room 304.
