Join Us On the 2nd Thursday of Each Month!
Our next Edible Education will be Thursday, September 12 in the Fellowship Hall at 11:30am. We will welcome Nikki Benedict, Functional Medicine Specialist. Her specialty is the HTMA (Hair Trace Minerals Analysis) test. This test will give insight into the mineral imbalances of the individual and then help determine what specific nutrients and/supplements are needed. She will be discussing - Back to the Basics- what we put into our body (nutrition, supplements) and how we take care of our bodies (exercise, breathing, grounding) will affect our daily lives.

Edible Education takes place on the 2nd Thursday of each month @11:30am in the Fellowship Hall. The cost to eat is $6. (Exceptions do occur, and will be noted in advance.)
