Classes take place weekly in the First Baptist Trussville Gym, we provide a diverse group of exercise classes for all ages and levels of fitness!
Exercise Class Descriptions:
Barre Fusion – Tuesday & Thursday
- 8:15am - A combination of ballet, Pilates, and strength training movements targeted to provide a full body workout with an emphasis on core muscles to increase muscle tone, improve flexibility, balance & posture.
Step/Core & Strength Training
- Monday – 4:30pm
- Friday – 8:15am
A fun, challenging full body workout combining cardio and strength training. Targets core, arms, legs, glutes & back.
Prime Time Fitness 55+ – Tuesday & Thursday
9:15am – Class offering a variety of exercises to increase muscular strength, core strength, balance, and flexibility. A class just for those ages 55 and up!
